Wednesday 28 January 2026 Duke of Edinburgh at ESA This term marks an exciting milestone for Esteem South Academy as we officially launch the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award for our KS3 students. This is a significant step in broadening our curriculum offer and giving our young people meaningful opportunities to build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills.

Friday 19 December 2025 Autumn Term Roundup Esteem South Academy has enjoyed a fantastic Autumn Term filled with learning, enrichment and whole‑school achievements. Students took part in a wide range of activities — from focusing on Remembrance Day in literacy, to Forest School sessions at Rosliston Forestry Centre, swimming at Ashby Pool, and PE with Burton Albion.

Monday 27 October 2025 Halloween End of Term Activities - 24/10/2025 Last week, Esteem South Academy was filled with spooky spirit as students took part in a creative and inclusive pumpkin carving session to mark the end of term. From spooky faces to imaginative designs, students showcased their artistic talents and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment that celebrated seasonal traditions while fostering creativity and confidence.
